Exercise

Exercise is a physical activity. Exercise if practiced regularly helps in developing or maintaining the physical fitness and complete health of an individual. There are many exercises that can be practiced to make stronger muscles and properly maintain the cardiovascular system though all these exercises have diffe5rent impact on physical and mental health of an individual.

Exercising is a good practice as it helps in improving the functional status of the cardiorespiratory system including heart, lungs and blood vessels. There are some exercises like the stretching if practiced on a frequent basis can help in fighting against diseases by giving higher immunity in the body. It also helps in treating with serious and life-threatening dangerous diseases including such diseases as obesity, heart disease, insomnia, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and certain other diseases. Aerobics also help in increasing energy by stopping regular pains. There are different types of exercise including the following:

There are some exercises that are of moderate intensity and can be practiced elaborately for longer duration. Towards the end of every exercise it is necessary to practice about 5-10 minutes of cooling down at an intensity of 50-60% of maximum heart rate is also required. Exercise is a manual activity which helps in developing or maintaining the physical fitness and complete health of an individual. There are some flexibility exercises that greatly help in stretching and improving the frequency range and motion of muscles and joints. Some aerobic exercises like walking, hiking, cycling, running, playing cricket and tennis also help in improving the cardiovascular endurance of an individual.

According to physicians and physical trainers exercise also helps in balancing the muscle and fat tissues but doing extra and unnecessary exercise can also cause muscle strain. With time many myths have been associated with exercise some of these myths are completely false while others are true. Exercise also include dynamic and static exercises The dynamic exercises are those including running that lowers down the diastolic blood pressure during exercise with the regular fast blood flow.
