Neurodegenerative disease is a disease that is described by a particular physical condition in which the brain cells and human spinal cord are getting lost. The brain and the spinal cord are the two main organs which control the several systems of human body including sensory process, movement process and many other functions.

The spinal cord and brain cells of human body are not readily regenerated en mass to make light the excessive damage. Neurodegenerative diseases are the cause of declension of neurons or their myelin sheath.Myelin sheath will conduct to any kind of disturbance in the function of an organ or body part and impairments causing from this. In an unrefined manner, they are separated into two major groups agreeing to the phenotypic effects, though these are not reciprocally undivided-
  • Conditions that are creating problems with the physical movements like ataxia which is a neurological symptom that comprises of gross unskillfulness of body muscle movements.
  • Conditions that are impacting human memory and highly related to the dementia which is considered as the progressive declination in cognitive function by the injury or disease in the brain.
